Recently had Karndean flooring fitted throughout my new build property, the finished result was outstanding! Both Theresa and Dave were extremely professional, going the extra mile in order to provide a first class service and end product. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering purchasing Karndean flooring. 10/10.

I had a carpet supplied and fitted by another company which had some stains from our pet on it, after it had only being down for only a couple of weeks. Dave came out and advised me on this carpet and then came out once again to advise me after I had collected some samples from this other company who said they would replace it for me. I found the service and expertise from Ross-on-Wye Flooring to be exceptional. My only regret is that I didn’t use them initially. However I would have no hesitation in using their services in the future and will certainly be recommending them to others.

Excellent service and superb fitting. I have been meaning to leave this review since February (sorry for the delay). David laid a Karndean tile effect floor in our Bathroom. The job was a tricky one around all the existing bathroom fittings but the end result is superb. I will definitely be returning as a customer - thank you.

This was such a professional service and fantastic workmanship. From the moment I telephoned after being let down by a local retailer to fit the flooring in my daughter's bedroom, I was contacted within the hour by David who came up and was prepared to lay the flooring that very evening. I cannot thank David enough because it was for my daughter's birthday and she wanted it fitted before her birthday. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing new carpets or Kardeen tiles. I was new to the area and based on reviews took a chance ...Well, I am so pleased with the results! I didn't think dark brown flagstones that were badly rutted (and stuck up sharply in places) could be covered let alone transformed. This team has done a superb job... the whole of the cottage kitchen and hallway is now even and silvery grey... it looks amazing. And the rest of the house is carpeted in silvery grey wool (moth proof). The cottage looks fantastic, feels warmer, and still maintains its rustic feel... so important when you have original features and fireplace in a kitchen. This team is highly skilled, has a 'can-do' attitude, and looks after you every step of the way. Reliable, efficient and fast. First class!

An utterly outstanding company! They went well beyond mere service to help, with such a caring attitude. We placed an order on Saturday. The lady in the shop went in on her day off (Monday) to place our order, so it would arrive the next day. It was neatly fitted Tuesday morning. Upon seeing what else was needed to make our children’s first independent home together habitable, the carpet fitter used his lunch hour to find offcuts of the right size. The prices amazed us, and the help they gave really relieved some of the stress of moving our disabled daughter hundreds of miles. I can’t praise the firm highly enough for attitude, price, quality and quickness.

Dave and his team fitted a whole house of carpets and a vinyl floor for us at extremely short notice and at a great price. The fitters were professional, thorough and friendly and they did a fantastic job. Highly recommended. Thanks!

5 out of 5 for quality, service and price. The carpet looks amazing and took less than a week from date of ordering to fitting, much quicker than the big brands! Im so glad we used these guys!

Brilliant service from ordering in the shop to having the carpet fitted. All at Ross on wye flooring went out of there way to provide exactly what I wanted (I'm abit picky!!) and gave me all advice I needed. Excellent service. Couldn't recommend anymore.

Excellent !!! I recommend Dave and his team to anyone, right from choosing the carpet to having it fitted. They were so helpful, polite and very patient with a woman dithering over which carpet she wanted. The fitting was great, they were punctual, professional and did a really great job. Thanks !
